Mama Healing Hub Ambassador Program

Build community. Share support. Grow something that matters.

As an Ambassador for The Mama Healing Hub, your role is to help cultivate a connected, caring, and conscious community of mothers. In exchange for your time, presence, and advocacy, you’ll receive a free 6-month membership to the Hub (valued at $149), along with additional appreciation and referral rewards.

This program is designed for moms who genuinely believe in the Hub, feel aligned with its values, and want to support other mothers finding their way into this space.

This document outlines the role, commitments, and rewards.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit for the Ambassador role if you:

  • Feel aligned with conscious parenting, nervous-system-aware living, and personal growth

  • Are warm, supportive, and community-minded

  • Enjoy engaging online and sharing meaningful resources

  • Are active on social media (you don’t need a large following — authenticity matters more than numbers)

  • Can commit to this role for 6 months, with honesty about your capacity

This role is not about sales pressure or constant posting. It’s about presence, care, and genuine connection.

Monthly Commitments

Inside the Hub

Ambassadors agree to:

  • Log into the Hub 3–5 days per week and engage naturally in the community

  • Leave at least 2 thoughtful comments per week on other members’ posts

  • Share a minimum of 2 original posts per month (reflections, encouragement, questions, or lived experiences)

  • Attend at least 1 live virtual session per month (Drop-In, Workshop, or Coffee Talk)

  • Welcome new members and help them feel oriented and supported

  • Gently flag any inappropriate content or community guideline violations to the team

On Social Media

Ambassadors agree to:

  • Share about The Mama Healing Hub at least 2 times per month on social media

  • Use provided graphics, prompts, and example captions (you’re also welcome to adapt them in your own voice)

Post ideas may include:

  • A personal takeaway from the Hub

  • Sharing an upcoming event or live session

  • A “mom win” inspired or supported by the community

  • Posting while preparing to attend a Drop-In or Coffee Talk

Referrals & Rewards

You’ll receive a unique invite link to share with other moms.

When your referrals stay past the free trial, you’ll earn:

  • 2 referrals → $25 Starbucks gift card

  • 10 referrals → $75 Amazon gift card

  • 25 referrals → $200 gift card of your choice

The platform that hosts The Mama Healing Hub allows us to track community engagement. Using this data — alongside social media activity and referrals — we’ll recognize a Top Ambassador of the Month.

The selected ambassador will receive a $20 gift card as a thank-you for going above and beyond in care, presence, and contribution.

Term & Renewal

  • This agreement runs for 6 months
