I started this work in the thick of my own becoming , navigating grief, longing, and the ache for what could be. I felt alone in it all and knew I had to create the kind of space I was craving: one that’s real, warm, and deeply honouring of every version of motherhood.
In session, I show up fully human , usually with a lukewarm coffee, possibly a mystery stain (courtesy of toddler life), and always a soft heart. I’m a little chaotic, deeply compassionate, and fiercely present.
I hold space for the hard, the beautiful, and the unimaginable.
I specialize in grief and loss, and support mamas navigating trying to conceive, infertility, pregnancy after loss, and the messy, sacred transition into motherhood as well as supporting couples moving through these seasons together.
My doula work and Reiki practice flow through it all , helping clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and soften into the healing they deserve.
Outside the therapy space, you can usually find me at the gym, planning meals that make me feel good, walking in nature, or sneaking in small moments of Yoga Nidra to care for my own nervous system.
Sometimes that self-care looks like hugging an ice pack or doing animal breaths on the floor with my kids .
Whatever it takes to stay present, grounded, and human.
If you’re craving a space that feels more like an exhale than an evaluation…
you’re in the right place.
